Coffee Notes on Coffee brewing

The best way to learn something is to do it. Two specific points are learnt recently.

1. The last stair should be make after putting off the flame. So the after-shape would be a perfect semi-sphere.

2. The flame is crucial. weak flame causes back0flow too easily. But if the flame is too strong, the taste of the whole coffee is ruined.
