I went to Sogo simply for a walk. It was gladly to found UCC, especially they have at least 7 types of beans to purchase. The saleslady was so kind and allowed 50g purchase. Although 50g package can't be air-tight bagged, it doesn't have much affect since I plan to finish them all in 4 days. The lady is more knowledgeful then I expected. So I choose 3 types of different beans, midium roasted, and can't wait to play with them.
1. 曼巴咖啡: 適度的苦味與柔和的酸味, 配合的價到好處.This is the only brand I can distinguihs between other two because of the surface was shining from grease.
2. 巴西咖啡: 酸味, 苦味皆柔順, 並有濃郁的香味.
3. 摩卡咖啡: 具有獨特優雅的酸味與香味.
